Capacity Building and Training for artistic creativity program is provided by Many Hands in the municipality of Lautem. The program offers a daily public classes for more than forty weeks in a year, which includes the learning of the new art technique, portrait painting, wall painting, community murals, printmaking, watercolor, painting with sand, painting on traditional ceramic vase and sculpture to young people.

Reported achievements include;
1. students conducted the exhibition of their creativity at the international level, at 54 gallery of Penola South Australia, with
their artistic works about 60. At the same year, these artistic works were exhibited at Warburton Waterwheel, Victoria,
Australia; and
2. the participation of women in all Many Hands programs has been increased. The community in general is proud of the
creative activities of young people through local exhibition in the municipality;
