Objectifs clefs de la mesure:
- Organization and holding regular international festivals, competitions, forums, symposiums, scientific and cultural conferences, days of culture of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad, and the days of culture of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Ensuring the participation of professional and amateur creative collectives in international events in other countries;
- Opening cultural centers of the Republic of Tajikistan in the countries of near and far abroad, as well as cultural centers of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan;
- Development of cultural exchange programs and expanding the dialogue of cultures.

On the basis of bilateral and multilateral agreements with foreign countries, international and regional organizations, non-governmental organizations regularly foreseeing international festivals, competitions, forums, symposiums, cultural scientific conferences, days of culture of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad, as well as the Days of Culture of foreign countries in the Republic of Tajikistan.
Challenges identified in the implementation of this measure : Mainly financial problems.
