Ms Gretta Gaspar is a Chief Arts Education Officer at the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture of Namibia. She has progressive professional experience in creative industry development with the experience of being a focal person at the National Arts Council. She has gained insight in managing and coordinating projects and providing technical advisory services to wider audiences, national partners in strategic and programme planning and capacity development in creative industries and communities. Ms Gaspar has knowledge and extensive work experience in guiding, as International Commissioner for Namibia to the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts), and is currently the Chief Commissioner for Namibia. She is professionally recognized at the International Federation for Arts Councils and Cultural Agencies (IFACCA) as administrator on arts risk management with expertise in administration and liaising throughout the SADC Region, arts councils and culture ministries.
