Ms. Larissa Ninon Zang Metogo has almost 12 years of fieldwork experience in the inventory of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, and in particular musical heritage, its transmission and conservation processes. At the National Museum of Arts, Rites and Traditions of Gabon, she is responsible for the “Musical Instruments” collection and takes care of its inventory, documentation and conservation. She also participates in the development and design of projects and exhibitions, as well as in the organization of workshops and participates in particular in the various training courses and programmes. In 2019, she joined the International Network of African Musical Traditions (RIETMA), based in Tervuren in Belgium. She is also a member of the African music study group ICTM. Since 2017, she has worked as a temporary employee in the Anthropology Department for the course in museology and heritage (Master 2 in cultural tourism). She holds a master's degree in anthropology, specialized in heritage, from Omar Bongo University.
