The measures for Cultural Job Creation and Entrepreneurship, had been implemented based on the National Strategic Development Plan 2011-2030 (details; goal 3, Policy and Plan of Sustainable Development for Culture and Creative Sectors); the related measure is;
- Supporting Cultural Activities;
The measure was taken with objective to enhance the capacity building and job creation for artistic groups and cultural sectors at national and local level to increase the frequency of Art and Culture events. In order to attain the objective; government takes initiative to provide material and financial incentives in the creative industries, which are already included in the annual action plan of the State Secretary for Art and Culture. Besides that, in coordination with the cultural stakeholders, providing technical support for trainers, promoter and disseminator to develop the artistic and cultural activities.
