Scholarship / Stay Program at the Academy of Spain in Rome

The Royal Academy of Spain in Rome is an institution of the General Administration of the State whose primary purpose is to offer the possibility to Spanish and Latin American creators, artists, researchers, writers, thinkers, designers, with a consolidated or promising career in their respective disciplines , to carry out a project in the center itself. In this way, they contribute to making the institution a platform for the international projection of the creative culture of Spain and Latin America, taking advantage of its privileged location in Italy, helping at the same time to reinforce the image of Spain on the international scene and reinforce the cultural link between Europe and Latin America as well as the link between Spain and Italy through close collaboration with Italian cultural institutions.
