In the 2013-2015 period three workshops were conducted in all Cuban provinces. Ten professionals trained in these workshops contributed with their knowledge to the Training of Trainers project in 8 states in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

These spaces for exchange have promoted and strengthened the expertise of our specialists in the management of cultural projects, enabling them to receive additional practice and know-how in this field and convey the experience and accumulated knowledge acquired in this exercise in our country.
