Construire des sociétés pacifiques et durables – Planifier l’après-2015
Le Second Forum de l’UNESCO sur l’éducation à la citoyenneté mondiale a eu lieu à Paris du 28 au 30 janvier 2015 au Siège de l’UNESCO.
Les deux objectifs principaux du 2e Forum consisteront à examiner l’ECM dans le cadre de l’agenda pour l’éducation post-2015, en tenant compte du nouveau Cadre d’action post-2015, ainsi que le rôle de l’ECM pour la paix.
Le Second Forum se tiendra dans une période très stratégique, pendant les consultations régionales de l’UNESCO sur l’EPT et l’après-2015 et avant le Forum mondial sur l’éducation (WEF) qui aura lieu en mai 2015 à Incheon, en République de Corée. Le Forum offre donc une occasion unique de faire le bilan des résultats des consultations régionales et de formuler des recommandations en vue du WEF.
Le Forum examinera notamment les tendances actuelles et les besoins futurs dans le domaine de l’ECM et cherchera à identifier les priorités politiques ainsi que des stratégies d’opérationnalisation de l’ECM, ainsi qu’à fournir des contributions au Cadre d’action pour l’éducation post-2015.
