Working in the Learning & Development areas since 2014 and currently, managing a team responsible for exploring, mapping and piloting LEARNING Innovations & Technologies programs at Microsoft. PhD and pos-doc researcher, collaborating into fields related to: new learning technologies and methodologies, microlearning, scenario based gamification, neurosciences applied to learning, virtual, augmented and mixed realities, flipped classroom and project-based learning. At this moment focused on how learning retention and spam of attention are being impacted by the digital transformation.
